This year’s Eisteddfod yr Urdd 2023 was a wonderful event that took place in the charming town of Llandovery, Carmarthenshire from May 29 to June 3. It was a special occasion for Carmarthenshire, which hosted the Eisteddfod for the fourth time since 1935. The previous Eisteddfods in Carmarthenshire were held in Carmarthen in 1935, Cwm Gwendraeth in 1989 and Sir Gar in 2007.
Llandovery was a perfect choice for the Eisteddfod, as it is surrounded by the stunning scenery of Carmarthenshire. The town is a popular destination for walkers, who can enjoy the beautiful views and trails. Llandovery has also been awarded the ‘Welcome to Walkers’ status, which means that it caters to the needs of walkers and hikers.
One of the highlights of our visit to Llandovery was meeting Rob Page from FA Wales. He was very friendly and enthusiastic, and we had a great time chatting with him. It was a memorable day!
Babi BW are a Welsh organic brand, celebrating all the joys that come with gifting for a new baby. From baby blankets for that cosy cwtch to personalised sleepsuits to snuggle in, many of our products can be personalised for your friends or family.
Here at Babi Bw, we love organic products. We believe that it is our responsibility to help support the environment for our future generations.
The idea for Babi Bw was born from having our own children and not finding organic baby clothes or accessories that were made in Wales with a modern style.
Our logo snuggles the two Bs in our brand name into a cwtch showing the snuggly nature of our super soft organic cotton. Some see a baby bump, the start of a family story for many.
